refund the total cost of the product.
All business tools and
gifts are covered by the respective warranty of
the manufacturers and will be repaired or
replaced according to the individual warranties.
All prices are in Australian dollars and business
gifts and business tools include the 10% Goods
& Services Tax (GST) as we currently only
sell business tools and gifts items within
Australia. Business reports sold to
overseas customers DO NOT incur
GST and this tax is subtracted from the GST
included price. Pricing and stock availability of
business tools and business gifts are subject to
change without notice.
Please note: Address
details are required to meet the requirements of
providing a receipt for the 10% General Service
Tax on purchases made by Australians.
Return Policy of Business
Gifts and Business Tools
(Not including Software)
Business tools and gifts
found to be faulty, can be exchanged within 7
days of delivery. Warranty period and associated
services supplied by manufacturers varies between
manufacturers. Customers may be required to
contact the manufacturer or their respective
agent directly as indicated on warranty
information. Otherwise you may obtain exchange
information/authorisation for the goods by

Returns@businesstravelogue.com. In some cases authorisation may be
required from the manufacturer or their
respective agent.
Return of Software
Faulty software (as defined
within the terms of the product's warranty) can
be returned for replacement. Opened software
cannot be exchanged unless it is faulty. Check
the warranty information supplied with the
product as you may have to contact the
manufacturer or agent directly. Otherwise, you
may obtain exchange authorisation for return
software by Emailing
Returns@businesstravelogue.com.
All returns due to faults
will take approximately one week to process when
stock is readily available. If stock is not
available, the customer will be informed of the
date when the earliest shipment can be made.
All
conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and
remedies as dictated by the Australian Trade
Practices Act are additional to the rights
specified above unless specifically stated
otherwise.
Shipping of Business Goods
and Gifts
Tools and
gifts are only sold to customers residing in
Australia. ALL purchased
tools and gifts are couriered to the purchaser
and are ONLY delivered to
a street address within Australia.
Deliveries WILL NOT be
made to Post Office Boxes!
Delivery will
vary between 1 to 3 days for capital cities with
rural and remote regions taking 1 to 3 days
longer. Customers will be emailed once the
product has been shipped.
The CREDIT
CARD used in the purchase of the
business tool or gift MUST BE
PRESENTED or photo Identification
(eg. Drivers Licence) as a means of
identification to complete delivery of the goods.
Inability to provide proper identification
will result in the goods being returned to the

such extra information to the courier service for your delivery.
Note:
All Credit card purchases are electronically
checked by the card company against stolen cards
lists and for fraudulent use. Businesstravelogue
also performs random checks on transactions prior
to shipment.
